Stoneking are a leading law firm head quartered in bath but with offices all over England. Working on a strong ethos of community and social responsibility, they are a growing firm with a strong commitment to continuously improving their digital presence and undergoing a digital transformation programme.
Stoneking have been a long standing client and we have worked with them for many years, building and looking after their website and branding. The client wanted to evolve their brand to better reflect their ethos of a strong social and community based law firm, as well as modernising the brand. They also had a vision of creating a Brand Hub, which needed to be secure and accessible for all their staff, where they could easily access marketing and comms material, to ensure consistency in the use of branded materials.
Our designers worked closely with the Stoneking marketing and comms team, to evolve the brand rather than a complete rebrand. There were several iterations that involved fonts, colour palette and imagery.
Once the new branding was signed off, our design team developed these elements to include all branded materials such as Word templates, Powerpoints, exhibition stands, logo versions and so on.
Everything was collated into a brand guidelines document.
Alongside this, we started to work on the Brand Hub, which was going to be a secure area on their existing Drupal site, where all staff can easily access this as part of their website. It was also important to Stoneking to keep this secure and to be able to manage access for new starters and leavers.

"The staff at Stoneking now have a secure and easy to access Brand Hub for all the branded assets with guidelines which can be downloaded and used straight away. This includes all branded material such as logo versions, fonts, colours, imagery, Word and Powerpoint templates, with accompanying guidelines on how to use these.
This is set out in a user friendly and easy to navigate Hub and it is also easy for the client to manage access and to edit and upload new material.
As well as this the public website also had the new branding rolled out.
